Advents Release New Single "Circadian"

From the heart of New York City, modern metal band Advents share their latest single "Circadian," on Friday, February 27th via InVogue Records. The release will be accompanied by an official lyric video premiering the night before on Thursday, February 26th at 9PM ET.

Speaking on the track, drummer Joe Koza shares, "'Circadian' is about being conscious of your own loops. You repeat the same patterns, searching for meaning or salvation, and realize that this salvation was never meant for you. It's about the feeling of starting over and over again, knowing what the rhythm is each time and still being unable to change or escape it."

"Circadian" is about being trapped in a cycle you're fully aware of but cannot escape. The mental exhaustion that comes with constant self awareness and the pressure of believing that each restart will finally lead to growth. Written from the perspective of someone who continues to start over, either within the same life or across many, the song confronts the frustration of repeating the same failures despite intention and effort.
