Mirrorcell Unveil Debut Album Long Nights In Lovescape

Modern metal band Mirrorcell releases their debut album Long Nights In Lovescape on Friday, February 20th via InVogue Records. The record delivers a cinematic and emotionally charged listening experience, blending aggression, atmosphere, and narrative driven songwriting. The release is led by focus track "Glitter," with an official lyric video set to premiere the night before at 8PM ET.

"Long Nights In Lovescape is a tale of romance, deceit, lust, and passion between two fictional characters in a rundown city seeking out a hedonistic escape within each other from their surroundings and subconsciousness," says vocalist Nate Cell. Paying homage to films such as True Romance, Fallen Angels, In the Mood for Love, and more, the album is rich with visual and narrative inspiration throughout its runtime.

The album is led by focus track "Glitter," which highlights a different emotional dimension of the band's sound. "'Glitter' shines a light on the more intimate side of the bands sound on this record while simultaneously blending a wall of noise and aggression to display the back and forth emotional ride that the listener will experience when visiting Long Nights In Lovescape," Cell explains. The track serves as an entry point into the record's emotional range while hinting at the contrasts that unfold across the album.

Beyond the individual tracks, the band approached the record as a complete experience meant to be absorbed as a whole. "The band intentionally packaged this record to be front to back catchy. It leaves listeners with more than just memorable songs, offering a cinematic experience that invites them to piece together a neo-noir story of two star crossed lovers and their tragic fates back together," says Cell. Long Nights In Lovescape is available on all platforms on February 20th via InVogue Records.
